TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking, using, or allowing guests to use the Instapix Photobooth service, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all events, locations, and service packages provided by RS Productions under the Instapix Photobooth brand.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Instapix Photobooth is an instant photography service providing:

• On-site photo booth setup
•  Instant photo capture and printing
•  Customised photo layouts and frames (as per selected package)
• Props and accessories (where applicable)
• Optional digital photo storage and sharing

All services are subject to availability, confirmed package details, and timely client cooperation.

2. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment
• Event details such as date, venue, reporting time, and activity duration must be shared accurately in advance
• Any changes to event details must be informed in writing and are subject to feasibility

3. PAYMENTS

• Payment terms are as mentioned in the final quotation or invoice
• Advance payment is mandatory to block the event date
• Balance payment must be cleared before or during the event, as agreed
• Non-payment or delayed payment may result in service suspension or cancellation

All payments are non-refundable unless expressly approved by RS Productions management.

4. EVENT ACCESS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for:

• Providing uninterrupted access to the venue and event area
• Ensuring adequate space, power supply, and lighting for the photobooth setup
•  Obtaining venue permissions, if required
• Managing crowd behaviour and guest conduct around the photobooth

RS Productions shall not be responsible for service disruption caused by venue restrictions, power failure, guest interference, or unsafe conditions.

5. GUEST CONSENT & USAGE

• Guests provide implied consent to photography by voluntarily using the Instapix Photobooth
• It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests about the presence and use of the photobooth
• RS Productions is not liable for individual guest objections raised after photo capture

6. PHOTO OUTPUT & DELIVERY

• Printed photographs are delivered on-site during the event as per the selected package
• Print sizes, number of prints, and layout formats are strictly as agreed
• Minor colour or print variations may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, or printer limitations

7. DIGITAL DATA & STORAGE

• Digital copies of photos may be stored temporarily for backup or delivery purposes
• Data storage duration is limited and subject to internal retention policies
• Clients are advised to collect digital data within the communicated timeframe

RS Productions is not obligated to retain data beyond the stated period.

8. PROMOTIONAL USAGE RIGHTS

• RS Productions retains the right to use selected Instapix photographs for portfolio, website, advertisements, and social media promotions
• This consent is automatic unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event date
• No sensitive or defamatory images will be used knowingly

9. CUSTOMISATION & APPROVALS

• Custom photo frames, logos, names, or event details must be approved by the client before the event
• Last-minute changes may not be possible and may attract additional charges

10. TECHNICAL ISSUES & FORCE MAJEURE

RS Productions shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by:

• Equipment malfunction beyond reasonable control
• Power failure or internet issues at the venue
• Natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, liability shall be limited to the service fee paid, subject to management discretion.

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Event cancellations must be communicated in writing
• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation
• Date rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• RS Productions is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of printed photographs after delivery
• The client agrees to indemnify RS Productions against claims arising from guest behaviour, misuse of photos, or event-related disputes

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Booking Instapix Photobooth, making payment, or allowing guests to use the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
