This Privacy Policy explains how Instapix Photobooth  collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data obtained during booking, event execution, and guest interaction with the photobooth.

By booking Instapix Photobooth or by using the photobooth at an event, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

 

 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Instapix Photobooth may collect the following types of information:

 a) Client Information

•  Name, phone number, email address
• Event details such as date, venue, and package selection
• Billing and payment-related information

 b) Guest Information

• Photographs taken using the photobooth
•  Optional digital data associated with photo sharing (if enabled)

c) Technical & Operational Data

• Device and printer usage data for operational purposes
• Basic event-related metadata (time, photo count, layout used)

2. HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Information is collected through:

• Direct communication with clients via WhatsApp, phone, email, or booking forms
• Use of the Instapix Photobooth by event guests
• Transfer of data from cameras, storage devices, or internal systems

3. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

Collected data is used strictly for:

•  Delivering Instapix Photobooth services
• Printing and providing photographs to guests
• Sharing digital copies with the client (if included in the package)
• Internal quality control and service improvement
• Record keeping, billing, and legal compliance

4. GUEST CONSENT

• Guests provide implied consent to photography by voluntarily using the photobooth
•  It is the responsibility of the event organizer to inform guests about the presence and use of the photobooth
• Instapix Photobooth is not responsible for objections raised after photo capture

5. DATA SHARING

• Instapix Photobooth does not sell, rent, or trade personal data
• Data may be shared only with authorized team members or service partners strictly for event execution
• Data may be disclosed if required by law or government authorities

6. PROMOTIONAL USE OF IMAGES

• Selected photobooth images may be used for Instapix or RS Productions portfolio, website, or social media promotion
• Such usage is limited to non-sensitive images and professional presentation
• Clients may opt out of promotional usage by submitting a written request prior to the event

7. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

• Digital photographs and related data may be stored temporarily on secure devices or cloud platforms
• Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect data
• Despite precautions, absolute data security cannot be guaranteed

8. DATA RETENTION

• Digital data is retained only for a limited period necessary for delivery or backup
• After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted without further notice
• Instapix Photobooth is not obligated to retain data beyond the stated period

9. CLIENT & USER RIGHTS

Clients may:

• Request access to their event data, where feasible
• Request deletion of stored digital images (subject to retention policies)
• Withdraw consent for promotional usage

Requests must be made in writing.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

• Instapix Photobooth services may be used at events involving minors
• Responsibility for consent from parents or guardians lies with the event organizer
• Instapix Photobooth does not knowingly collect personal identification data of children beyond photographs captured during events

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Instapix Photobooth is not responsible for privacy practices of third-party platforms used for optional photo sharing or delivery.

12. POLICY UPDATES

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
